When asked to consider a Neckring Mechanism that had to be interchangeable with the Customers existing mechanism but with a “non-standard” feature. Lattimer design & manufacturing engineers responded with a design that met the Customer requirements exactly in all 3 important areas i.e. specification, lead-time and cost. A prompt response led to Lattimer winning an order for more than 100 units!
