Apprentice Employment is back

Following the emergence of Covid back in 2020, Lattimer have not been in a position to recruit or build on its previous years of apprenticeship enrolment largely due to the close contact, face to face training that is required to be undertaken.

This year that has changed and we have recommenced this key activity. We have successfully interviewed and now welcome one new apprentice Ethan Toft to the business.

Ethan will follow the same four year academic apprenticeship route as those before him, being enrolled on the Level 3 Engineering Technicians course (machinist route - covering level 2 machining practical certificate). This will see his training and development being undertaken both at the College campus a few days a week and onsite at our facility in Southport for the remainder of the week within his 1st year.

We extend a warm welcome to Ethan and wish him good luck as he embarks on his new career with Lattimer.
